As the provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages under Section 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, I am not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, nor to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect only arises from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known; once such infringements come to my attention, I remove the content without delay.

This site links to external websites over whose content I have no influence. Responsibility for that third-party content always lies with its respective provider or operator. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring of linked content is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If infringements become known, I remove the link without delay.
